Monday greetings,
Just got off the phone with Roger, and have additional information on our Kilo reunion:
1. The Wyndham Cleveland Airport Hotel runs a complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport. The scheduled runs are:
a. 0700-1200 - every 20 minutes
b. 1200-2300 - every 30 minutes
2. Complimentary parking for hotel guests who have vehicles.
3. Hotel reservations for our reunion are under "Kilo 3/26," and the hotel # is (216) 252-5333. For those attending, reservations should be made NLT Fri., 1 July.
4. Breakfast is 0700-1000, Mon-Fr, and 0800-1100 Sat/Sun. Breakfasts for 2 of the mornings are no charge for members of our group. A 3rd breakfast will be $9.95/ person.
5. A Cuyahoga River/Lake Erie lunch cruise is set up for Friday, 21 July. Cost is $50/person. Please let Roger know if you will take the lunch cruise NLT Fri., 1 July.
6. Thursday and Friday are "open" for those who want to visit local attractions, such as the "Rock 'N Roll Hall of Fame," the NFL Hall of Fame, etc. Roger is working on transportation options to go downtown, about 10-15 minutes from the hotel. He confirmed there is a casino downtown for the "gamblers."
7. We will have an AYCE dinner buffet on Saturday evening, the cost of which we hope to be covered in full by the Kilo 3/26 Association Account we have with the Navy Federal Credit Union.

Greetings to all!
Roger Childs called yesterday with information on our upcoming reunion in Cleveland. Below is information for planning purposes for those who are attending:
1. Dates: 20-24 July, 2022
2. Location: Wyndham Cleveland Airport Hotel. (216) 252-5333
3. Nightly rate: $117 + taxes. (About $138/nite)
Roger has used his "powers of persuasion" to get us a complimentary hospitality suite, and complimentary hot breakfast for 2 mornings of our stay. As in previous reunions, we'll have an assortment of beverages and snacks, to include pizzas and other warm items on the evening of our arrival, in the hospitality suite.
Roger has also arranged for a full, AYCE dinner buffet on Saturday evening, the cost of which will be covered by the Kilo 3/26 Association Account.
Roger is finalizing some other details of our stay, to include things to do and see. I think he said there is a casino not far away, for those who enjoy gambling. Of course, the Rock 'N Roll Hall of Fame is in Cleveland, and the NFL Football Hall of Fame is in Canton, OH, less than an hour away.
We'll try to provide a more definitive listing of information by the end of next week, to include a call-in phone # and reservation code for our group at the hotel. Don't call the hotel just yet!! But, you can definitely start making your travel arrangements for 20-24 July to/from Cleveland John Hopkins Airport (CLE), if you're flying.
